spotted the same bug with another house... should i open a new topic ?
i think it is related to houses automatically sold to server for inactivity, the site shows the server value but in game there is still the selling value of the previous owner.
idk if it happens with all houses sold for inactivity, or just the houses that were for sale.
What is the bug exactly? The house has been sold like 4 times since this bug report is opened, rendering it completely worthless.
I think I might have fixed this in 1.13.3 but not sure.

Was never reported again and I never encountered it as well. Looks like it was fixed. Moving to fixed issues.
