Changing car colors (donator only)

I think there should be a command (/rainbow on other servers) that changes your car's colors constantly.
No need to save it on personal vehicles, just type that command again after spawning it.
And it will be donator-only feature.

I had given the title wrong last time and after Mike rejected it, I changed the title. Both were different things  😛
