Simple suggestion to increase Enforcer and Swat Riot Van HP from 999 to 2000-3000, Perhaps the Enforcer should be 3000 and swat Riot tank 2000 since will seem OP if it has more HP because of the water cannon.
Also I would say disable their 1 shot gas tanks, Reason of this suggestion is that instead these vehicles are parked 24/7 in the garage they can be put in use to gain the advantage of it's heavy armor in combat.

I wanted to suggest this too, 2000 hp seems fine by me, but 3000 hp and disable 1 shot gas tank it's a bit too much if you ask me. It can't be OP since only one passenger can shoot, and SWAT enforcer is really slow. Maybe add the ability that players can buff their own cars too? But for a really big price (I don't know if this is possible for individual cars).
