A CC would work like this:
- Able to bribe most wanteds players. There should be special meet-up points on the map for each city where you both meet, bribing should be atleast 5k and above, and if you get caught the CC will get instant wanted level and can be detained/killed if force used.
- Helping players in bank robberies. As a CC you have the ability to block the messange "Bank robbery in progress" and cops can't be alerted if they aren't camping at the bank. Also it would be nice that if you put a pick up point to park an enforcer behind each bank, and when robbers get into that, their wanted level wouldn't be shown the map at all. After you get to the hideout, the cop gets his cut too.
- After getting caught in any of these actions, CC are becoming most wanted. To get caught somebody else in the police needs to see you while you do bribers or bank robberies (whole system hows that done should be discussed here). After some time you can lose your wanted level, but after losing it all you will become a civilian, not an officer. Catching a CC should give other police officers extra XP and cash.
- Suspensions. When you get caught (ar/kill) you will be suspended from the police for like an IG day or 12 minutes, and after getting caught 5 times you will be demoted one rank.
