"Friends" System
This system would notify you that your friend joined/left. The notification would show up in the chat and only you will see it, also you can forget the guy's you met nickname soo "Friends" system would prevent from that.
Commands:
/sendfriend - Send Friend Request.
/removefriend - Remove Friend from friends list.
/fch - Basically chat but only with friends (yes /pm exists but every friend would see it).

1. I like this one, this system could be good to determine who's maybe abusing this "he's my friend" cop hunt thing, which happens sometimes. There should be also a blacklist like /bfr (/blockfriend), so players can't spam friends invites to other ones (especially staff memebers)
2. If you mean on the plates, I guess this is going to be added in the feature if am not mistaken.

Crews will be added at some point, this is not needed.
