Well i think mike put a reloading anim for a purpose and i think this can't be removed many players are requesting mike to remove this. Suggestion is learn the mechanics of SAMP to prevent your guns from using this anim. The more you know the mechanincs of samp the more chance you will prevent this anim. Thats all.
