Besides the fact this appeal looks like absolute garbage, I have not been able to find any evidence of this account (nor its IP) being banned within the servers system.  Please provide more evidence, such as a screenshot of the ban window when you attempt to log in to the server.

I suggest you read 'how to appeal a ban', properly and appeal again.  As of current tho, I don't believe you're banned.
