I believe this is much more work than most people think, and it's hard to maintain; it could create inconsistencies between languages, and some languages might lag behind when new updates are published.
The idea is good, but I personally suggest to only translate the most important parts, e.g. the rules.

In the very early days on MCNR, I did infact try to incorporate multi-language support for the script, but there wasn't a good system out there that didn't use a shit-tonne of memory or CPU. All the language texts either have to be stored in RAM (memory hogging) or read in realtime (lag). Neither are a good option for the server.
I do agree that certain parts such as the rules and maybe intro tutorial could be translate, but honestly this is unlikely to ever happen due to me having to prioritise the thousand other things that need doing.
Rules are translated on the forum in some of the language sections. When the new rules are finished (WIP ATM) they can be translated here and on the server. I don't want to faff around translating them now and then translate them again later when they get changed.
