The cops are allowed to take down suspects if a suspect is flying an aircraft. It doesn't matter what crimes they have committed. If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to ask me or the staff members on the Discord server or in the forums.

The players above are correct. If you are in an aircraft, you can be shot down regardless of your wanted level.
