Bounties work in real life because the person just dies. Pretty useless in games when you can respawn.
Have an option for a bounty to be kill X number of times.
E.g. 100k bounty, payout 5k for 20 kills. Put a sensible cap on the number of kills you can order. And also each person can only claim a part of the bounty once (to prevent a clan or a friend from just claiming the entire bounty)
