Add a board on forum with all existing rules about in-game, forum and discord so a player before doin a stupid complaint can read the rules and think 5 times before POSTING....

Yeah, you have to search those rules in 100 different channels/boards and maybe you get the wrong rules because are not updated.
Just add a hekkin  dedicated board only for rules and if there are rules updates make announcement both Discord / In game by admin announcement and on forum so the players can known constantly what changes
