I do agree with server team balance, but nerfing cops, no. Reason? First 1.it will encourage criminals to hunt cops more rather running away from them specially when we died and spawned in hospital/departement which i blieve some rulebreakers criminals would camp on departement. 2.it is not always cops would win in a shootout againts all criminal, you have your friends and other criminals to watching your back each others and they willing to assist you againt those cops, meanwhile rustler/sparrow units only for MWs..we don't know much when there's major suspects teaming with 2 full armored sultans ready to backstab them fr back while they busy taking care of felons. 3. Civilian loadout and police loadout is absolutely different why? Because the police got their equipments from goverment and they got funded by goverments, considered those prices in cop shop as a tax of their equipment purchases while others has been funded by the goverment. Meanwhile civilian or criminal's weapon prices is from the owned ammunation which is owned by someone's and that is why they giving you a bit expensive prices than police. 4. If you saying about paycheck, it is depend on their perfomance while doing their cop duty, if they arrest more than killing on sight the suspects, then they get less paycheck meanwhile criminals have many ways to earn money from robbing, mugging, stealing and etc. So in this suggestion i would agree on balancing server team only (example if there's 20 players ingame, then it would be like 5-9 cops vs rest criminals/civilians)
