The unpopular tire pop spamming bug again (With more evidance)

Last year I made a post about tire pop spamming and it confused the staff, It still happens and it's even worse.

Tires pop, And spam (Differential Wheels).

First, It's not about the sound, It completely breaks the car movement and it's really annoying me.

This time it doesn't happen whenever I drift, This time it happened while I was driving normally on my way.

In my experiance, It only happens in Las Venturas.

(That's right it'll be gone when I exit and enter the car again, The main problem is that it happens for no reason sometimes when I'm normally driving.)

In the second video my ping was a little high (almost 200) but in the first and the third video my ping was around 127, I don't think that's because of pl and ping, In the past I've experienced 200 ping and it has even reached to 300 to timeout but I've never encountered such a weird thing, And like I said, It only happens in Las Venturas.

After further investigation about your bug I have noticed you having about 250+ ping in the server normally. High ping and packet loss often cause these pesky issues. I would recommend you to improve your Internet connection
