Add /favspawn like /favhideout

Let players free to set their favorite spawnpoint when city changes to avoid the manual selection and skip the cinematic.
Make it work like /favhideout, /favspawn /fv or something like

u can change ur spawn into ur house through settings but good idea about /favspawn

I think the entire spawn selection system needs a rethink. I think you should be shown a list of places you can spawn at on-screen, such as all your properties etc. or by city. That being said, I don't want to get rid of the visual spawn selection.
