Cops are abusing.

Cops are abusing this Tazer + Kill or Fire Extinguisher + Kill, they are taking a good advantage against the criminals and its a easy kill if they just come near a criminal and use tazer or fire extinguisher. What im suggesting is that please add another rule about this thing because this gives cops a big advantage against the criminals and its so annoying.

yeah Tazing then killing should not be allowed, we been talking about this so many times, we even tried to record that to see how annoying it is

it gonna so easy to check if someone got tazed then get shooted

in /actions, u can see that someone is tazed, and tazing time is like 5s I guess, so if anyone shoot him, it would be easy to catch just checking time

3 cops against me I took one down and couldn't kill him cuz some cop tazed me and couldn't move for like 5 secs or more and got killed

even they are outnumbered and still use it

Whats wrong with a Fire Extinguisher? It´s a tactic. To counter this People resort to abusing, such as while near a vehicle pressing F to get out of the animation or If somebody punches you in the back or shoots you the animation disappears.

Don´t bring fire Extinguisher into this, i Like it and its the only thing keeping you from going close to mé and using your tec and sawn off tactics.

EDIT: corrected my sentence, with the tazer, oh well as everyone said, keep your distance.... simple and works every time.

bro using sawns and tecs isnt called a tactic smh
thats how usually any fight on any server goes in samp smh

On other servers people only use sawns if two-shooting is allowed, in most cases deagle is more frequently used because it deals 47 damage at any distance. Sawns+tecs without two-shooting is mostly just a mcnr thing IMO.

This was suggested multiple times earlier and Mike has rejected them all. 

The only chance civilians have against cops is the skater skin which might get removed soon cus people just can't accept getting killed in a game.
Anyways, as I have supported this suggestion everytime in the past, I will still support it. Although I know Mike is going to reject this one too.

I agree that if a player is being tazed they should not be killed, as the priority there was clearly to arrest them (or should have been).

As for the spraycan and fire extinguisher, along with the fire truck and S.W.A.T truck water cannons, I think it's fair game tbh, it's part of the game. That being said, I can imagine how frustrating it should be. Perhaps the choking time could be reduced to like 1 second.

If a suspect is tazed and cuffed there should be a lower chance (35%?) of them being able to successfully break out of the handcuffs. If they want a higher chance they need to find a mechanic who is willing to remove the handcuffs (raise it to 75%) if a mechanic attempts to remove them.  For a full 100% removal of the handcuffs the officer must be killed, and no other officers within the vicinity (within 50metres) of the player.

cuz if u reduce taze time to 1s it would be so hard for cops to arrest a sus, they don't have enough time to go behind him and /ar or whatnot

also in case so many cops on u and u didn't damage them all so some of them can taze you, you should add a rule about taze and kill and its so easy to detect in /actions, taze time didn't passe (5s) and they shoot/kill the sus

I got killed a lot of times with this Coward Tacticts.
I think developers should add a new cop rule for this: "As a cop, you can only use the tazer to cuff and arrest suspect players. If you use the tazer to get a easy kill It Will results in a P.S.O/job ban"

A rule or script should be in place to stop this it's really annoying, to be honest. Hope the developers/managers look into this.
