Title. Taken from the concept of admin messages issued to offline players, we can have this feature for the players, so that they can send small messages to players offline, as not everyone knows how to use discord or any other messaging platform. Messages can be strictly limited in terms of vocabulary as well, just like license plates so that people don't abuse it.

Could be spammed and it would be annoying to see 20 messages as soon as one joins. -1

that can be limited to a certain amount of messages each day, and forbid people to cross that limit

I don't see much of need for this as most players are connected via Discord nowadays.

But if this is planned for implementation, would be better to introduce a postal system, where all messages would have to be sent and received only at player's house (so player without house cannot send nor receive mail).

Sorry @Parzival but as others have said, we mostly interact via discord if out of game.. no need for Mike to waste time on coding this imo. -1.
