Version 1.11 Version 1.11 is now live on the server! I know it's been a while since the last update, and as I always say I wish I could invest more time in scripting and I will endeavour to do so in the future.

Kickstart StadiumThe Kickstart Stadium event has been added at the Blackfield Stadium in Las Venturas, just west of LV airport (/gps kickstart). It can also be accessed if LS or SF is the active city.
In this recreation of the Kickstart stadium challenge from single-player, you must ride around a stunt obstacle course on a Sanchez dirtbike collecting orbs of light to score points.
Green orbs are easy to collect and are worth 1 point and $50.
Yellow orbs are a little bit trickier to collect and are worth 2 points and $75.
Red orbs are very difficult to get and are worth 3 points and $100.
The first time you complete the challenge (collect all orbs), you will be awarded $100,000 and 100 points.
You have 5 minutes to collect all the orbs. If you completed it in a fast time, you could end up on the top ten leaderboard.
You will be given a cash reward proportionate to your rank on the leaderboard ($1,000 per rank).
There is a 1 minute cooldown until you can re-enter the stadium, however apart from that you have unlimited attempts to collect all the orbs.
Only one player can be in the Kickstart Stadium at once. Other players may spectate.
Car Neon LightsDonators can now add neons light bars under vehicles! Choose from red, green, blue, yellow, purple, or white. Visit any gas station to add.

The lifts on the Aircraft Carrier are now functional.
You can now shoot an oil slick to remove it. Passenger drive-by works for this too.
It will burst into flames (no harm can be done by the flames).
You can now /piss on someone that is downed to finish them off.
Added 'Cop(s) inside' label to interior entrances, just like existing 'Suspect(s) inside' label.
You can now add nitro (x2 x5 or x10) to any vehicle by using the gas station menu.
Added a chillidog stand outside SFPD.
Other additions- As the driver of a vehicle, you can now use /hood and /trunk to open/close your vehicle's trunk and hood.
- You can also use /bonnet and /boot for people that speak proper English

- 41 new properties added around San Andreas including all those in Marina, Los Santos.

- When the Treasure Hunt ends, all participants are now clearly informed of this via on-screen message.
- Vehicle hood/trunk will now automatically close once a vehicle starts moving.
- Added /vwhisper (/vw) for messaging only players inside your vehicle. Nearby players will not hear it like they do with regular whispering.

- Valle Ocultado gas station (just east of El Quebrados) now has working pumps, allowing refuelling.
- Players' CPR revival success rate is now shown when job or job rank changes.
- Added music inside General Store interior.
- Carparking is no longer allowed. If carparking is detected the victim should be automatically saved after 5 seconds.
- Victim still won't get damaged for the few seconds they are carparked. Nothing changed in relation to that.
- Prevented rain occurring twice. Rain should only ever last for 4 minutes or so.
- Police station locker room now allows you to go on duty as a cop.
- Police station locker room 'change skin' screen 'go off duty' button now works.
- Exclusive donator-only features now only available to players that have donated £5 or more.
- So far all donations have been £5 or more, so nobody loses out on anythying.
- You can no longer change another player's personal vehicle color at a gas station.
- Typing /eject (/ej) with no parameters will now eject all passengers.
- Helicopter blades no longer instantly kill a player (it will down them).
- Treasure Hunt reward for finding individual clues is now $500 multiplied by the stage (was $100 multiplied by the stage).
- Increased the minimum distance to robbery hideouts, to prevent players having an easy time robbing banks/houses.
- You can no longer rob properties outside the active city.
- You can no longer rob properties with no owner.
- Oil slicks placed by public servicemen will no longer affect team players or innocent players.
- Changed Treasure Hunt chat message color to more of a golden color.
- Gas station vehicle fix/mod options now take 5 seconds to apply.
- The key binds when downed have changed.
- Old: Press N for medkit, aim/RMB to accept death.
- New: Press Y for medkit, N to accept death.
- It makes sense, do you want to live: Y or N
- The keybind to hail a nearby taxi has been changed from Y to LALT/walk.
- Slight increase to country rifle damage.
- Trucking mission no longer automatically starts when a trailer is attached, you must press the sub-mission button (2).
- Pressing the sub-mission button (2) without a trailer will find the nearest trailer.
- Trucking trailer is now despawned at the destination after a few seconds.
- You can now use 'N' to break into the PD evidence locker again (LMB remains an option also). Useful if you don't want to accidentally punch/shoot.
- After admin assistance (/helpme), both players are now muted for 5 seconds, to prevent accidentally sending a message outside of helper chat.
- When admin assistance (/helpme) is accepted, the request summary is now repeated.
- If a player exits the defined mission area on a mission where the area is not shown on the map, the zone will appear (flashing) if they leave it, and hide again once they return.
- Non-staff players can no longer see admin things in /actions (such as anticheat detections and admin punishment details).
- The Ocean Docks hideout has been moved slightly further into the docks.
- Loco Low Co modshop GPS location moved closer to make it easier to find.
Crimes and wanted level changes- Murder (of a cop or not) will now make anyone MOST WANTED (wanted level 6).
- Attacking a player will always give you a minimum of a 2-star wanted level.
- Aiming at a cop will now give you 2 wanted stars, not just 1 (from innocent).
- 'Vehicle destruction' crime is now arrestable (2 stars from innocent, was 1).
- Breaking out of jail is now 5 stars (orange) not 6 (most wanted).
- Trespassing on military restricted areas is now an arrestable offence (2 stars not just 1 from innocent).
- 'Aiding suspect' crime (mechanic removing cuffs from a cuffed suspect) is now an arrestable offence (2 stars not just 1 from innocent).
- 'Assault' crime renamed to 'Battery'.
- Potential fix for players seeing chat during intro tutorial.
- Potential fix for players seeing radar location text during intro tutorial.
- Fixed 'Player A ejected Player B from the vehicle' being shown to everyone.
- Fixed 'The city is changing soon' popup showing for players viewing intro tutorial.
- Fixed low draw-distance on Ocean Docks aircraft carrier which could result in vehicles dropping through to the water.
- Fixed red sky when thunderstorm weather is used at dusk.
- Fixed rotating airport radars not appearing.
- Fixed issue with event (Decathlon) podium lights being set to invalid models.
- Fixed players being able to recover a destroyed personal vehicle before the cooldown by
repairing the engine through the personal vehicle management menu.
- Fixed players falling through CJ's gas station (Doherty) after exiting the interior.
- Fixed a rare issue where cops (and other public services) could obtain a wanted level.
- Vehicles with engines at the rear and trunks at the front are now treated as such.
- The Camper, Bullet, Turismo, Cheetah and some other vehicles have engines at the back and must now be repaired from there.
- The Cheetah and Turismo now have a trunk at the front as it should be.
- The Camper and Bullet don't have functional trunks.
- The hood/bonnet of the Turismo (rear) will not open when being repaired.
- Implemented a fix to try and fix long-standing bug where civilians can see police crime response checkpoints.
- Visual bullet tracer/blood splatter no longer missing when cops shoot innocents/team, but damage is still blocked.
- Fixed players spawning at previous city's event (Decathlon) starting location after a city change if they joined the event.
- Fixed double chat message when a player requests a supply drop.
- Police evasion now takes actual interior location into account.
- The interiors in GTA SA live up in the sky, generally above the middle of the map.
- For example, if you were most wanted, you couldn't evade the police at LS airport even if the closest cop was inside the LVPD,
because the inside of the LVPD is actually just above Blueberry, which is within range to not allow evasion.
- Fixed Smuggler mission giving $0 bail/ticket and crime not logging.
- Vehicle rear tires will no longer burn out if the handbrake is held or the vehicle is front wheel drive.
- Fixed popup box padding for 'Name (ID) started a Securicar mission' popup.
- Fixed bicycles being despawned if their health drops below 250 (bicycles never 'die').
- Fixed being able to apply bulletproof tires and vehicle armour to bicycles.
- Fixed cops' 'number of arrests' stat (and therefore achievement) being double increased when instant-arresting or when quit-to-avoid auto-arresting.
- Fixed Skimmer/Seasparrow respawning a few seconds after hitting water too hard as the game thought the vehicle 'drowned'.
- Players are now frozen while hotwiring the Skimmer as it was possible to start moving it before the hotwiring was complete
however doing so rendered it unable to move afterwards.
- Fixed being able to start to refuel a vehicle as you're entering it, and being stuck in a weird animation.
- Player freezing during certain dialogs has been removed, as its caused bugs and could result in exploitable effects such as clearing fire or grenades.
- Fixed players respawning at closest job spawn, even if they died near it (it's supposed to fall back to the 2nd closest).
- Fixed a bug where if a cop tickets a suspect while they are breaking into the evidence locker, they can no longer continue to break into the locker.
- Property labels owner name is now always updated when owner's name is changed.
- Fixed player camera not reset if failed Valet mission while in camera view.
- Fixed entering 'forgot' in login dialog box not showing info on how to reset password.
- Fixed script crash (runtime errors) when playing a mission that involves a temporary skin (Securicar/Pizzaboy/Mailman etc.) and previous skin was able to offer a service (e.g. Mechanic).
- Fixed /flare not working for regular flare (no supply drop).
- Fixed recursive mentions when mentioning a player that had an at-symbol (@) in their name.
- Fixed '$medic' having the '$me' part processed, resulting in it being unusable.
- Fixed medic CPR job event patients spawning on pirate ship (inaccessible to Ambulance).
- Fixed 'You have no vehicles to request' message when spawning if you have no vehicles to request.
- Fixed 'Complete a mission in under 5 minutes' daily objective not claimable via a job event.
- Fixed a minor error in the calculation for personal vehicle spawning which could result in a failure to spawn the vehicle as the script thought the location (node) was under the ground.
- Fixed errors with cash dropped when dying after robbing a player, such as giving $0 or more than player had on them.
- Fixed medic CPR job event Ambulance sometimes spawning partially under the road.
- Fixed 'Tikckets' typo in player stats.
- Added missing road nodes to Big Ear parking lot.
- Ticker message box is now disabled as part of 'immsersion mode'.

Revision 1- Fixed Kickstart Stadium awarding $200,000 on completion rather than $100,000.
- Fixed Sweeper mission data file parser accepting invalid data and creating trash piles at the center of the map (coordinates 0, 0).
- This affected at least the Ocean Flats mission in San Fierro. A hotfix was applied 11/07/2021 without requiring a script update.
Revision 2- Added a /setting to toggle whether neon lights automatically turn on and off at day/night.
- Fixed game time not resynced to server time after ending a mission where the time is changed (e.g. Kickstart Stadium or CSI job event).
- Fixed selling neons not updating in database, allowing to be sold again and again.
