According to admin logs, Zoli as well as other present staff member were handling other reports at a time. However, the #1 priority is always catching a cheater, staff member(s) in question will be reminded of that guideline. On the other hand, no matter how obvious the cheat is, if it wasn't seen by staff but MOST IMPORTANTLY recorded, they can not take any action.

The report marked Warned doesn't specifically mean a simple warning in a chat; it might imply temporary isolation (a jail of a sort), mute, jail, weapon strip and etc.
In this particular case, Vengeance was jailed. On top of that I assume he is now given PSO by beatEn. Initial punishment given by SNOOP is reasonable; afterall punishment may slightly vary depending on a staff member.

Insulting staff is a separate offence, so yes, you can call it a "different treatment".

I've looked into your infraction history and all those insults and slurs, god damn. Unless you want this appeal to escalate, I can lower it from 3p to 2p.

All your previous infractions are related to avoiding death/chase by quitting. All you had to was let the cop kill/arrest you and you could have safely relog.

• any criminal who is shooting Seasparrow/Rustler

Snakeye and wax had no reason to kill overdoz at Montgomery because:
1. Snakeye shot overdoz before both of them died, which means he contributed to the kill at Come-A-lot
2. wax was driving the Bullet, while Snakeye shot overdoz, which also counts as contribution.
