Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	My game was frozen for some reason and i got 3 infraction points out of nowhere.
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	So today I had 6 stars and I was next to the police station, and a cop started to shoot me and follow me. So I tried running away but for some reason, my wifi crashed and I was desynced, so I rejoin the game then i was in jail and out of nowhere i get 3 infractions points for ''Quit to avoid'' even though I was desynced and couldn't do anything
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	-

All your previous infractions are related to avoiding death/chase by quitting. All you had to was let the cop kill/arrest you and you could have safely relog.
Infraction will stay.
