Nice feature but it will break the server. People will no longer care if they go to jail or not since they have nothing to lose anymore. Main investments go towards buying weapons, now it is impossible to lose them. Too many restrictions need to apply IMO. I would suggest:
- People arrested with a wanted level above a threshold (or based on previous crimes) can not retrieve weapons
- People jailed 2x within a game week cannot retrieve weapons
- Always getting half ammo player had upon arrest

This thread must be starred. All of what is written in the OP has been said a dozen times on discord and in handful of suggestions but no one gives a shit about it. There is something wrong with the current status quo and refusing to admit it does not solve the problem. You will just keep losing players, and this goes directly to Mike. People from other CnR servers came here because this community proved (past tense) that it is different. Just another group of people, who earned skills over their time playing this game and got fucked up reputation on other communities, here to empty loads on others who just want to enjoy this game. This is all the way from half of the admin team down to normal players. If this will stay as is, the community's average maturity will just collapse and this place will just end up the same as all other CnR servers existing now. Just to sum it up, this server is lacking the basics of being a proper CnR server.

No. Cops are already too weak, this should stay as is IMO. Nerfing this will allow criminals to easily run away from cops or kill them.

Can we please NOT have /coprules dialog to autoclose after 10 seconds? No one can go through all the rules in 10 seconds, the dialog that displays after it is honestly useless.
Suggestion: Force it for 10 seconds and keep it, upon user closing, show the other unnecessary dialog.

Okay so the actual meaning is you don't stay outside of.the bank when there's no wanted inside the bank/ if there's wanted, rush inside and get it instead of camping outside. It's not that hard to follow this rules. If you want to catch bank robbers ,I've tips for you
 Either you wait outside a couple miles away from bank, and wait for the "CRIMES : XXX BANK ROBBERY", then you can rush to the bank. Or you can just wait until they get into their getaway car and pursuit them.

Be realistic dude. "couple of miles" yeah right, until you arrive the vault would be already cracked in and the criminals are leaving. With an admin spamming the chat with "DONT CAMP COPS" messages.
Pursuing is literally impossible. All the bank robberies happen in groups and they also flee in groups with one criminal shooting out of passenger seat. It is impossible, and let's assume a good cop took down a vehicle, they can never escape sawnoffs and tec9s of two most wanted criminals... This is too realistic and misbalanced. Proof is obviously clear, get on the server at any given time and check the cops to players ratio.

sure let's say mike allow it

You want to rob the bank and there is 10 cops waiting at the spawn check point with tazer aimming and arrested all of you what will happen :

1- you rage quit
2- you start insulting cops who camp at bank and result for that will be punishment \
3- start being toxic towards cop and get punishment

and don't tell me that not gonna happen because that will happen after 3rd attempt of robbing the bank

Sure then, lets do nothing and keep this as such. Have a minimum of 5 fully armed wanted criminals start a robbery with some waiting outside the bank to dm/ram/abuse any cop that comes near by and given the advantages cops have in this server (which are none), being slaughtered there as soon as you step close to the area no matter how many cops join you. There is a huge misbalance at the moment. Ignoring this because most of the people love robbing the bank as it gives of shit load of money is not a solution. You can ask any perm. cop in this server if they are pleased with what there is to help fight criminals and they will say no. Something needs to be changed.

I'd suggest bounties to save even when a player leaves and if they rejoin the game, regardless of what happens the player who placed it. I guess any bounty should even last for a certain amount of time (player play time).

I'd suggest to make this more general or delete it because it's useless, I can already see this backfiring on the admin team when this goes stickyif it does, someone gets banned and they come crying that they are using a mod that is not listed here. Server rules are already more than clear regarding this.
