im not a old player but eh it was fun playing with yall when i was a [RA] member.

sounds like the right idea, crews really create a whole lot of grudges amongst each other, but the question is that; if the crew system is removed, will people be any different? what if they still keep their groups together and continue being the way they are right now..

good suggestion, I support it.. it should be so that we can be able to call any boat/plane while we're in a vehicle, so that we can be safe instead of standing still in the middle of nowhere.

Title, usually people have trouble finding the correct time for both parties to come online when they're about to make a transaction, so we can get rid of that issue by letting people send money to the desired person who's offline, to make it easier and less time consuming. (Limit can be the same as it is with sending money to someone online).

Title. Taken from the concept of admin messages issued to offline players, we can have this feature for the players, so that they can send small messages to players offline, as not everyone knows how to use discord or any other messaging platform. Messages can be strictly limited in terms of vocabulary as well, just like license plates so that people don't abuse it.
