Well we can't actually base it on your details it's just a guide for me to let know how everything works, unfortunately, the evidence you showed is way insufficient as it only shows that you were killed as MW (Red) which is not considered as RDM.
The line you said "when they r killing me n parsa when im being a cop and sharma keep shooting me when im being innocent(off duty)" all I see on your provided screenshot is you killed Parsa(cop) with an SFPD cruiser and after that Sharma killed you with stallion as you were MW (red) that time. I was looking forward to see if you have a screenshot or any evidence about your line like this situation: Sharma (MW) shot Rasyan(Innocent).

According to your evidence, it showed that you're currently MW and they are allowed to kill you whether if the one who will shoot you is civilian, yellow, wanted (orange). I would clarify that your evidence is insufficient because it showed that you got killed as an MW (RED) which is not considered as RDM.
Please when reporting next time use [[/timestamp]] on your SAMP client so the admins won't have a hard time analyzing the time and also SS your [[/crimes]]

« on: December 28, 2019, 03:17:05 am »The best strategy to combat criminals driving sport cars is to ride along with other cops so they can try and pop the tires of the fleeing car. If cops were not allowed to use their personal vehicles to pursue criminals, then I would agree with having the LEO division. However, this isn't the case as cops also use high end sport vehicles to pursue criminals like myself. Also being able to freely spawn high end sport pursue cars (infernus, turismo, bullet, etc) seems a bit OP in my opinion. This is because if the pursue car is too damaged or low on fuel, a cop can easily spawn a brand new one while a criminal has no such luxury.
Not every cop had a sports vehicle owned it could take time for them to bought one. Since there was already a suggestion to re-balance the economy which means there's a possibility that the High-end vehicles (Sports vehicle) cost much larger. I think it's a good suggestion for those cops who can't afford a high-sport vehicle.

Pursuit vehicles are essential and should be added and rank-locked.My point actually here is about to have a fair competition. 100% of Criminals is already using sports vehicle. Would you think Police vehicles can outsmart them with their sports vehicle?

I think it's unfair if someone would placed a bounty on you for no valid reason. Thus if you have a bounty placed on you the guy who placed a bounty on you is the one who killed you. Definitely UNFAIR

Replying here as an opinion.
Each cop is allowed to /ticket you if you're wanted. However, this is not a big issue and It's way impossible that we can edit the ticket fine amount as it is already automatically based on your crime.

It has come to my attention that ranging about 100% of criminals used Sports vehicles such as Infernus, Cheetah, Bullet, and Turismo, etc.
Now in order to have a fair competition within these suspects we LEO must have also a Pursuit unit what we called in-game, but sadly we only had three vehicles which are not enough to chase down these suspects with a Sports vehicle. Police vehicles such as LSPD, LVPD, SFPD, Ranger, Premier, and HPV is not enough to chase a criminal who had sports cars that these criminals can outsmart these low-class police vehicle.
As for my suggestion, I would like to introduce to you a division in the Police department called "Pursuit Unit" where there would be skin, special features and, more Pursuit vehicles unit. (They're basically like FBI and SWAT that had special features)

For vehicles, there would be a more additional unit at a garage. From 3 to 6.

Actually, if this is implemented there are many ways that criminals can quit to avoid such as forcing to crash their SAMP client in order to not receive this Quit to avoid rule, so It's a no for me.

I'm replying here because I want to clarify that you broke a rule which is I was the cop that you killed me during that time and you were civilian back there. I was the one who DM'ed (Direct Message) to Robokill on discord and sent him a SS of your /crimes based on the dispatch.

It is clear that you killed me for no reason, and you didn't shot my wheels you shot me directly to my head while I was on a Turismo.
There was also a complaint on you for another DM which is this link: "http://mikescnr.com/forum/index.php/topic,1655.0.html" so you were already being watched by Robokill during that time, unfortunately, you were caught for Deathmacthing me. I would recommend to the admin whoever appeals to his infraction that the 2 Deathmatching infraction on him would be REJECTED.

This had happened to me I think it's because of your mods because if you replace most of .dff or .txd it may lead you to freeze/stuck at the loading screen.
I recommend you before inputting some skins like weapons, vehicles, roads, and etc, make sure you have a backup gta3.img so if there's a problem just copy and paste it on models replacing the old gta3.img that was trying to freeze you on loading screen.

This had happened to me well what I did is I had to delete the current GTA SAN ANDREAS Folder I mean every file on GTA SAN ANDREAS FOLDER is erased then replace with another new GTA SAN ANDREAS FOLDER in order to install the version. Hope it helps you

| Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued? | Well let me explain why I led to this ban before I play this server. I was saving some IP's server to favorites but when I played this server right now I'm clueless that my Alt+V was a IP that I was saving latetly. I was cop that time and I was trying to arrest a wanted person I expected that if I Alt+V the result would be /tazer so yea it was fast I pasted a IP server and it was entered right away boom I got banned. |
