Rejected Suggestions / mcnr bank robbery needs a buff

currently, robbing the bank is a high risk low reward activity which is just a waste of time considering there's lots of cops on the server all the time.
most of the time it's you being chased by 4 cops every time, and even if you manage to shake them off or take them down, the amount of money you've gotten is worthless because now you have to replenish your health and armor and if you die again (the cops will just come back in a minute or two)
you've basically lost everything you've earned.
you get a moneybag containing 18000 dollars or less every time which is not enough at all. any person who plays as a criminal will get what I mean and will agree. the moneybag nerf was something no one asked for and nobody likes.

Details		So i was going to the gas station to get some tfix kits when a guy in the securicar started shooting me. so i shot back at him and started fighting. so while i was fighting "brutal" intentionally pulled up to get inside of the crossfire and get his car shot at. i only damaged his car ONCE and it was clearly crossfire in the screenshots. after fighting the securicar guy i tried to open the securicar door (accidental, i was attempting to enter my own car) then he started shooting at me because he got caught in the crossfire and apparently he was trying to GET THE SECURICAR that just started the mission and had no money inside of it??

Rejected Suggestions / Regarding the number of onduty cops on the server

lately, mcnr has gone to shit due to the amount of cops on-duty. it's become really boring and not fun to play since every player is going on duty as a cop as soon as they reach level 50.
there's even some people who haven't gone off duty in the past few months simply because they don't have the guts to go off duty knowing they'll be meeting the same fate that they reign upon criminals.
so everytime you try to commit a crime you'll be meeting a horde of cops in a sultan shooting you while you are not even a threat..
Every damn time you are met with 8 cops behind you. this problem is getting too annoying and making the server so boring.
Mike, i know you are really against a ratio system but you have to do something about this problem, otherwise your server will just die.
too many rule breaking cops which is also really annoying. reporting them does nothing. it just gives them a warning and they'll just keep doing the same shit over and over again until they are banned which by the time they do that you've probably took a break from the server. Reporting them doesnt give you enough satisfaction.
others may feel free to give their own suggestions/opinions.

so apparently you can attack someone on your screen without anything on the other person's screen thanks to the server sided damage. so the server can see that you are dealing damage to the other player but wont give them a wanted level without the other person seeing seeing you hit them?
definitely server side issues.

pickpocketing is way too easy. you can run up to the dude without crouching and just snatch 35k mid fighting while u are jumping around???
is the money drippin outta my ass or something?
like im fighting the dude and he's shooting, and he just taps a keybind and boom my money's gone outta my pockets into his.

Ban/infraction reason and details	I was given a 1-point infraction for quitting to avoid. it all started when I allegedly rammed a cop thanks to samp sync. I got mad since I had just joined and was just trying to have some fun.So after i saw 3 cops on my tail, I was not having it. i knew i was gonna die since i was in a bike. I couldn't withstand seeing my self dying to a bunch of nonamers so to keep my desk and keyboard safe, i decided to quit knowing i was going to jail after quitting. what i thought was that I was going to jail eitherway so It doesnt count as q2a.i was not aware of this rule and i had seen many people doing it on several occasions.
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	it was not wrongfully issued. I was not aware of the rule working this way and would appreciate it if i was given a pass.
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	me being mad and not knowing about the rule.

Details		he killed me after i commited a crime when he was a cop. so he started being toxic. i asked him for a 1v1 and challeneged him to one. so he went off duty and brought his whole crew with him. i decided to go to him and he just straight up killed me for no reason. so i came out of the hospital and started going towards him where he killed me one more time for no reason while i was on foot.

cops can see suspects inside so criminals should be able to see cops outside, for example if theres a cop in 150m radius it should say cops outside so criminals can be alert.
also let it say how many cops/ criminals are there.

So imagine you're inside an interior. then 2 cops enter with sawn off's and drain all of your hp while u cant do anything.
think about another way to protect ppl when they are still between the fade thingy.

Ban/infraction reason and details	I was banned from the server for multi-accounting. what I was doing was that I was transferring money from a very old account from like 2 years ago into my current account that I have been operating for a long time which resulted in me getting banned. I accept and admit to breaking the rules of this server and also apologize for being retarded.
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	It was not. once again, I admit to breaking the rules and apologize

Any more information to provide?	I've been playing this server since 2019, and at that time I was 9, I am almost 13yo now. I've deeply admired this server and still love it to this day and would like another chance. also it is the new year on the Shamsi date and I would like to enjoy my holidays in mind (even though u might not care about this)It would make me very happy to play this server once again. I've served 6 months of my ban and waited, but I honestly can't wait for more to play. if patchy can get unbanned so can I! and if this doesn't get accepted I'll just continue with my sad life..

title says it all , cuz i get 100+ fps in other server 1920x1080 but in mcnr i get 60 fps on 800x600. about that thing in the settings , toggle immersion mod , it removes player name tags so thats annoying i just want something that doesnt remove player name tags
