Even if robbed, as a cop, I think you can only taze and arrest. If I'm correct, only civilians have the right to kill players that robbed them.

Funny I was going to make a suggestion like this. Getting into cars is way too easy when locked. I also feel there should be a certain restraint towards locked personal vehicles.

| Details | I'm playing using SWAT skin. This player has been headshotting me from any distance (Point Blank & Far) without missing a single shot. Vector logged on and asked if I needed assistance because I was the only cop online with about 10 other players. I informed Vector in public chat that Soul uses an aimbot, Soul then replied "Vector he is also using aimbot and lagshot"... First of all, I don't even know what lagshot is. On top of that, the guy clearly says "Also" in his statement. I'm sure that's a giveaway. Sadly I have no recording, but I hope my screenshots help out. | |

Yes, it's fun. I did not say stop people from being a cop completely... Just have it as to where there's a queue or only allow cops after a certain amount of Civs have joined... Also, yea, probably everytime you've seen me I've been a cop. But you can look at my signature, I have 3 days of gameplay and 5 hours as a cop. That's really just when you've seen me (Which has been recently because I'm trying to rank 10 cop). But when I do play as a cop and there are too many of us, I do switch to Civ after PM'ing a few cops to switch over with me.

The reason behind why there are so many cops is quite irrelevant to the situation... Not all players are willing to work with each other, and most definitely are going to be scared if they're overpowered by cops. It really makes no sense! I'm not going to rob a bank if there's only 3 civs trying to even rob the bank and around 10 cops online.
Going back to my OP, there shouldn't be a limit on civs, but a max amount on cops depending on how many civs are in the server.

There are times where there are too many cops on the server and I feel it is unfair for civilians - It also gets boring and causes players to leave the server (Including myself). I believe there should be an even or a 4:9 (Cop:Civ) Ratio to help keep the server balanced.
Why do I feel there should be more civilians than cops?
Cops respawn instantly (With weapons) upon death. Meanwhile... Civilians go to jail, lose weapons and cash, and has to wait for the jail time to expire. Cops also tend to work together more than the civilians do and can communicate with each other easily using the radio.
Now, let's just say there is a civilian playing solo with a car full of cops chasing him - I find that unfair to the solo player because he does not have the ability to defend himself while driving. YES, this can occur while the server is at an even ratio, but the probability of this happening is very low due to the fact that there may be more criminals in the vicinity for the cops to not have to concentrate a single player.
I'm sure doing such an adjustment to the server would increase the playtime and better the experience within the server for ALL players.

This does still happen, once someone hops in the driver's seat of my player-owned vehicle, I can no longer use it as if it's mine.
My suggestion: When player locks the vehicle don't allow anyone to get inside by breaking in or make it take about 15-20 seconds to break into a locked vehicle (Only if player is not near?).

I like this idea here, although the heat seeking missles is also a bit much.... So let's say you're a crim in a helicopter, your heli gets shot down by a Hydra, you are now on the ground... Is the Hydra still allowed to kill you after coming out of the helicopter?
Its not overpowered.You can easily take down most of the hydras and hunters.For Tank,it isn’t too overpowered because it is very easy to break its engine and destroy it.
Yea, they can be easily taken down, but only with heavy weapons (Which aren't available) imo.. You'd die from Hydra rockets before you're able to empty out a M4 Clip into one. Me on foot vs. Hydra? Hydra must be a terrible pilot for them to lose that.

I feel there should be a rule on army vehicles with weapons. I was shot down (driving my car) by a hunter earlier with only 4 stars and this was after a bank robbery, only a few meters away from the bank, I didn't even get a chance to get chased... Army vehicles such as the Hunter should only be used on Most Wanted (5+ Star) Players... It's more fair.
