Auto Server Resart

The main idea here is, after inactivity players homes are supposed to sell after a month. However, that isn't exactly true, it depends on a server restart. Can an automatic server restart be scripted after 30+ days? I can name a few homes that have been sitting that should have been sold a few days ago.

I plan to make it sell inactive players' houses on city change. It's on the list, it's just right at the bottom of said list..
