I really dont get it when the securicar guard gets like 45000 from collecting from stores and when a criminal steals it and takes it to the hideout he gets like 3k. Like wtf. You should make it so the criminal can get from stealing it as much as the securicar guy got from collecting it.

I had to get away from cops, other robbers and securicar guards just to get 9k once. I believe stealing&blowing it up right away is more efficient than going all the way across the map to hideout.
Maybe  make it 50% of original guard paycheck.

Well it will make it harder for newbies but it doesnt make any sense collecting like 35000 from shops and when the criminal gets to the hideout he gets like 3k.

True. Stealing securicar isnt worth it right now. It should be more than 20k atleast

Yeah, the robber should get atleast half of the money in the securicar. sometimes the securicar cash will go above 100k i expercienced this myself. its beacuse theres so many cops. so the robber should get half of the money in the securicar for the risk they took.

its even harder than bank robbing and that was the "meta" thing to do here, but it pays out way less. it needs to pay out MORE than bank can on average.

To add on to your reply here, many things need to pay closer to what bank pays. We have many missions that are useless to even do because you can make multiple times it in half the time by doing bank.
