Details      The week started and i changed to civ and started robbing stores in rodeo,when Dux came and started shooting at me while i was a non-threat and he killed me.

those last logs of crimes that range between 50-55 seconds are from when you came to me and started shooting. Compare the time with action logs and you will see the difference

Robbing a store was clarified before to make you a threat as aiming on/attacking NPCs is considered being a threat to life, So cops are authorized to use lethal force.
