I think it would be cool if there was a jail place in dwayne island cause i feel like its useless and nobody even goes there. So i suggest that the most wanted players that get arrested or die get jailed in dwayne island and the non most wanted after being arrested get jailed in the police department in the city. This should be only during Las Venturas and San Fierro as an active city cause cops cant spawn in dwayne island while Los Santos is active city. And also i suggest like the MW suspects who got jailed in Dwayne Island get teleported to LVPD or SFPD like they are being escorted to the department. Or there could be a small bridge which can be connected to Bayside that can be used by cars and pedestrians although there could be boats which could be rented. Just to be clear the idea of this bridge is for purposes like if the criminal who was jailed broke out then he could flee from the island and if he got out the right way then he could choose if he wants to be escorted or go straight to Bayside. And you can also add ways to get out of the big prison since it is covered by water and there could be many escape routes like digging with a shovel, escaping with a boat, or shooting the guard.
