Hi Bazookatone,
You reset your in-game account from in-game /setting. Please look on account settings or MCNR settings. By the way if you want to reset your account to avoid infraction or PSO then it wont be rested by account reset. If your need any further discussion please try MCNR discord server for faster response.

Hi Bazookatone.

I have just checked your account, since you've got no infraction or PSO history outstanding on your account you will be able to get a manager or community manager to reset your account.
As of a few updates ago, players are no longer able to reset their accounts. Your account must be reset by either a manager or the community manager @trina. If you message her nicely,  she might be able to help you out.
