Add new commands to spawn your vehicles faster!

I've been thinking about this, cause only being able to call one vehicle when you can own so many (especially those of dif. types too) just seems counter-intuitive. However, I think there must be a limit to how many you can select or input to go with the commands. Maybe 3 for land vehicles so /pv 1-3? and /pv 4 and /pv 5 as designated spots for whichever you choose as water and air vehicle, respectively?

maybe just /summon to summon the active vehicle
or /v Infernus , /v Shamal ecc...
if you own it ofc, otherwise is "You don't own an Infernus"
In my opinion that's not so necessary tbh, just set a veh as fav and you can summon it real fast

I need to make it so you can give your vehicles 'shortcodes' to request them. These can be short strings of text up to 12 characters long maybe, and you can do '/pv [shortcode]'
