List the mods you have if any and also what are your system specs. One thing you could try is reinstall the game and try it as is without any mods

What is the configuration of your PC? Sometimes it happens due to low ram, hungry background application or even if your power supply has problem.
I personally tested it on 2 gb ram and got struck after playing few minutes.

I don't use mods, i tried this one , i uninstalled the game and installed again but now another issue, samp crash :/ idk wtf i did wrong, i just reinstalled gta and installed samp r4 didnt add anything else

Do one thing and delete gta_sa.set located in Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files and run the game again.
What is the information that is displayed when your game crashes.

It could be so many things, for instance, I had a lot of crashes for a while until my windows updated and then it randomly stopped. You could try updating drivers, windows, closing all programs / disabling services you don't need, reinstalling samp, trying different display settings in game and more... Who knows, SAMP can be a buggy piece of shit, I think everyone crashes occasionally
