If someone provokes resulting an insult to be thrown, the one that insulted -

Why? Because I've seen the reports in past few days about insulting, even in their proof they provide a screenshot of them that theyre provoking. this is just ridiculous lol! , if not possible then the one that provoked should be punished fairly with the one that insulted.

50-50 on this one, not sure though. If someone Provokes you you should've reported instead of insulting back. also, I don't think insults will instantly result on Infraction, there should be a warn if I'm not wrong

It depends on the severity of the insult that was thrown.

We're going to punish a player, that has just told another player they will 'Kill their family and burn them alive'.

If it's friendly banter, such as; 'You're a turd' - I don't believe they should be punished for that.

It's 2021, this is the internet. If you cannot handle insults (that aren't harsh), I suggest you go play Roblox.
