You mean for helicopters exclusively to medics? I do not see the point of this. You can get one from the airport or purchase your own there.

Chris said it , you can purchase to own a heli or you can just go to pd ot any other heli spawn to get one as medics can fly any heli except seasparrow

You can buy one, and use it anytime.
Just visit the then active city airport and you will find a big red checkpoint for buying planes (marked by an airplane icon inside airport).

Yeah it's not really worth adding, as people have said, buy a pilot licence and buy one and paint it white and red, and you're good.

There will be an update in the future where you can request personal aircraft/boat and keep your car/bike active until you enter it.
