Making on hand cash useful

You should not be allowed to make transactions and buy anything if you do not have cash on hand OR at least not for a lot of things.

Whole point of bank is to save your money and avoid getting robbed but like if you can just make transaction from bank every time even when buying a dildo from sex shop, I don't see why anyone should ever carry cash on their hand, it's like you can never ever actually rob someone cause who would be mindless enough to carry their cash around when they can just pay from their bank. Please require on hand cash for transactions so we have people to rob.

you can rob people that recently robbed the bank / store / safes.
you can rob people that have around 10m$ in their bank account, they would carry the rest on their wallet to avoid paying taxes. [ if you have over 10m$ in your bank account you start paying taxes for that money ].

i see this making newbies' lives harder, since it's almost only them that get robbed.
