Allow players to lose hp and get attacked in jails.
The fighting styles that we can train from gyms have to be used somewhere and I do not remember a single time I've seen them being put to use. The only place where they could be used most effectively is the jail where we are most vulnerable but apparently we cannot lose health there. It would be even better to kill someone inside the jail cell to claim their bounty.
