"Breaking" cuffs when entering a house.

- What happened exactly? Basically like 10 hours ago I got cuffed and I entered my house (to "avoid" actually hiding from cops) and my cuffs "broke". They just disappeared.
- What circumstances may have led to the issue? Getting cuffed and police not arresting me.
