falling through road with my personal vehicle (road swallowed me )

Its Astro again.
Steps to reproduce are shown in video as i started recording when i fell through the map near tierra (was heading to hideout after robbing bank while active city was LV )  and spawned in fort carson on foot  recalled my car and tried to go on the same road but i felt near the quarry and spawned inside the quarry where i died to cops ending in jail. I got out of jail and tried to go the same road and i felt again wondered if its gonna happen again if i switch vehicle and happend again with my infernus same place 3 times. At that moment my pl was 0.10% and ping was 100 i guess which is not that high cuz i mosly play 90-100 ping. Ive noticed that while i was on foot in quarry i was still listening to the radio station from the car until i /rpv then it stoppped. One last thing to add might be connected while i was firefighter  in SF some cop ninja jacked my fire truck and i respawned on the same place where i died. I suspect the guy is cheating and using some forbiden mods for cars or something and made the server act a fool...

Video #1 and #2 show the aftermath - completely pointless.
Video #3 and #4 show you approaching the area at the speed of light. Have you tried going there slowly? I am not able to replicate this. I think your game is just slow at loading that area, and I can't really fix your game for you..

- Try and replicate it in single-player and/or on other servers
- Try and get other players to replicate it

I am 99.9999% sure this is an issue with your game and nothing to do with MCNR at all.

I didnt passed there once slowly, this only happend yesterday and  only while active city was lv l, have played today this didnt reoccurs and tried faster and slower still nothing happens

Pl was 0.10% and my gta folder is clean af  and still didnt  reapear at my game only happend yesterday as i said
