FPS locked

Hi,
I have been trying to unlock my fps for months now, but still its locked at 97. Be it interiors, or in mid-air, even on the pause screen, i cant cross 97 fps. I tested my fps on singleplayer and easily got 250+ fps. But i cant cross 97 fps on any SAMP server. I tried installing crashes.asi too, but the crashes.cfg file was not found in my game directory, so I had to forcefully add it, yet its not working. My FPS Limiter is off all the time and all settings are set to lowest.

Also, if I switch on FPS Limiter, and use /fpslimit 90, I can't cross 61 fps.

Can anyone help me with it?

crashes helped me cross my fps limit of 70 , im able to get 100 ish near low texture areas

Disable vsync on your computer settings

tried that too using Intel Command Center, but it did not work
