I'm pretty sure this issue is a bug..I tried to replicate the issue but i'll keep re-trying.

Kinda looks like you went on the checkpoint exactly at the same time the vault room reset, so it automatically teleported you outside the vault room. I don't see any other way you can possibly be down there.

If you can replicate the issue and then send it back here knowing what you did we can fix this.
