@Prother I have slowed down the video and it seems like this was something planned out. Where you had your crewmate rob you and you stood there while he got in the random car which was not his and the furthest from him where he then he pulled up next to you, so that you can have the chance to pop the tires, as he gets out and escapes back into his car. This really does look like a setup. Anything else you want to add?

This was discussed after you put up this appeal on forums ( a few seconds later ).

If a player wants to rob and run away (considering he had 2 infernus' in this case, one of his own and one of Raptor's) he would run "away" after he has attempted to rob you. This looked more like a showcase of popping all the 4 tires then jumping back to his and then running away. It seemed more like your aim was to pop the tires and not to kill him.
