- What happened?: I was a passenger inside a Maverick. The pilot killed a cop but that kill was credited to me.
    - Where were you?: Inside a chopper, as a passenger.
    - What were you doing?: N/A
    - Did you have some sort of special circumstances happening at the time? No.
- Is this a reoccurring issue? Has it happened to you or others before?: Yes. Yes.
- Please provide steps for us to reproduce the issue ourselves, if possible. See the video

To add to that, it ain't about the helicopters only. I have experienced this before as a car passenger, got credited for a road kill whilst I was only in a passenger seat. Will see what I can find by messing around a bit with commands and such on being a passenger on general any  vehicle.
