800x600x32 mode not found

My irl friend bought a new pc last week and he is getting this error when launching gta sa/ samp. I tried to add custom resolution to his pc via Intel command center but it was blocked with a message 'Custom resolutions are not supported on Internal Displays'. I even tried to add certain mods from YT videos they didn't work either. So if anyone had this error earlier and fixed it somehow, can you please help me?

Why did you tell him to do that? That's the main cause of this issue. Try making it default. If you fail, give a format on his PC so it'll be restored as it was.

Also, for more resolutions, use widescreenfix mod.

I added that widescreen fix asi mod yet it did not help. I followed that video too still did not help -_-
I think the graphics driver installed in his pc is interfering with it so I'm going to install an older version of graphic driver on his pc so he can easily add that resolution because his pc does not have resolutions lower that 1280x1024
