/ign bug, ignores ID after ignoree logout, and replaces it to a new person.

Like i said in the title, you /ign someone and after they relog or smth, they get a new ID, and when a new player logs on that ID he is insta ignored.

Description	When someone /ign a player, it actually ignores the id, which means if the ignored player disconnects, and another player joins with the same ID, he would be ignored aswell.
