It'll be better for me to know that. Because I ordered a PC which has an i5 processor along with 8 GB of RAM. I wonder if that PC could run my GTA SA at 120+ FPS while recording...

Simple answer, to run samp at 120 fps, u need a good GPU (recommend GTX 1050 atleast). I have the same specs u just mentioned, i5 7th Gen with 8GB ram but I get 80-90 fps on recording ( don't compare with my last video, my video editor fucked it up)

Edit: Forgot to mention my gpu, my laptop does not have a gpu, just Intel HD 620 integrated graphics

Ok maybe in was wrong with gtx 1050 thing... but you need a real gpu to run samp at 120 fps, integrated graphics are shit. Although I would recommend to use a good gpu with the pc specs u mentioned.

GTX or RTX... Which is better? And what about GIGABYTE Radeon RX 570 Gaming 4G (rev. 2.0)?

Apparently no one judge the difference between GTX and RTX, it's just one with real-time ray tracing and one doesn't have it.

Ok, gotcha.

And what about GIGABYTE Radeon RX 570 Gaming 4G (rev. 2.0)? I saw a video that shows with this one, GTA V can run on 120 FPS...
