I got some warns (killing non-threat) even I was not punished by any admins

- What happened?: I got some alert message that showed me that I got a warning for rule break (killing non-threat) even no admins punished me, nor I was a cop.
    - Where were you?: In Jail (LS)
    - What were you doing?: Serving a jail sentence
    - Did you have some sort of special circumstances happening at the time?: no?
- Is this a reoccurring issue? Has it happened to you or others before?: It happened to me for the first time. I dunno.
- Please provide steps for us to reproduce the issue ourselves, if possible: ... I dunno how to reproduce it...
