Medics/firefighters can reduce cooldown in shops - giving 'treatment' to NPCs

After you shoot inside an interior, lets say inside ammunation, medics and firefighters can give 'treatment' to NPCs so they will instantly reduce the cooldown. That would be great, cops/suspects can faster buy weapons + medics and firefighters receive another job to receive XP, which is really hard for them anyway.

Also if they can be notified about a dead NPC in 500 metre range it would be better, since NPCs can't /medic  ;D

In my opinion, it would be used since most of the time there is always one medic near ammunation/bank (especially LS) + every new job for them is great

I think it would be - as Domingo said, there is always a cop near ammunation / the banks. This is because there's generally fighting in those areas.
