Add Armour to SWAT Tank, FBI Truck & Enforcer upon spawning in PD/Police Menu

Simple Suggestion add armour to S.W.A.T, FBI Truck & Enforcer

I find it disappointing that i need to buy armour for something that should come with armour already, an Enforcer, Swat Tank or an FBI Truck is supposed to be armoured already when spawning throught the menu or in the police garage. Apart from it being for "RP" purposes or more of a lets be a real swat ... i really dont see a reason to use it apart from the swat tanks water cannon.

1500 vehicle HP for enforcer and swat tank seems fine by me, can't be so abusive since it has only 1 passenger seat.

+1 I agree with Domingo. Those police vehicles [that have 1 passenger seat] should have 1500.0 by default when spawned in the game world, thus not taking out the value of the "Vehicle Armour" perk that can be purchased in any gas station.
