i've been in alot of chaces wher i dont stand a chance against a bullet with nitro where i can't even touch the car to hit it to make it spin like add nitro or smth to all cop cars

There are undercovet fast vehicles in the back of a police garage in the main city police department.
Or use your personal fast sport vehicle (if you have one). It´s obvious a simple police cruiser wont match with a sports car but other wise it can pretty much match the speed of most vehicles.

the undercover vehicles are for level 6 officers tho i belive so , and even so i use my elegy jester can't catch a bullet guess i gotta wait for level 80 to match them thank you tho sorry for your time ^^ was just to help the early officers

You can add nitro to any vehicles, next update. So, you can keep up with your suspects then ;D .
