Increase jailbreak chances

Since you cannot longer /escape instantly you get jailed, but only 1 minute into the sentence, the escaping chances should be increased. It was hard before but now it's just too risky, since you sacrifice spending more time into it.

I think I saw a suggestion about jailbreak screwdriver already, but even without it we should have more opportunity for this.

I would rather just remove the cooldown, not worth to wait more than 1 minute just to fail and increasw your jailtime

Agreed - escaping jail is damn near impossible atm.

This might work as well

The whole jail system is broken. It's the #1 reason I avoid playing as a criminal most of the times.
I'd say reduce the /escape cooldown to 20 seconds or increase the jailbreak chance.
I also suggest to remove the protection against jail fights... if I could fight and kill enemies in jail I wouldn't be so pissed about it.
A few months back when I was a tester I suggested a list of changes to jail but it wasn't accepted.

Even though if you do manage to break out of jail, you cannot possibly know how many (active) cops are inside the PD, so that's another reason why this should be changed.

In addition, it would be nice if the jailbreak would spawn you outside of the PD on random locations (on roof, behind the corner, underground garage, etc.) and not inside of the PD.
This is also helpful if you have an active bounty on your head and the hitmen are waiting for you

You are escaping your cell, not the police department itself. How wouild it look like if you break out of jail and all of a sudden you are on top of a roof where a chopper for your great escape is ready?
But i think a slight increase in chance to break out should be done.
Nobody can escape their sins, everyone gets punished whether it takes a day or an eternity.
You can change who you are, but you cannot run from yourself.
