Date and time of ban/infraction including timezone	Yesterday might be at midnight.
Ban/infraction reason and details	I was banned for using cheats/hacks.
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	Well all knows i play a fair gameplay and there were no any reason so that i used hacks or cheats.
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	I don't know well because yesterday at 6'o clock, i was playing and quitted the game that time and now when today i started my game then i seen a banned page poped-up.
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	Might be some players who are present there like smixy_ and redx_ .
Any more information to provide?	Nope

There might be some network issue so it shows that i'm banned but still i'm not banned and thanks for informing me.
